Graphic Tools and Effects
Materials are used in Art Text for creating 3D looking text and images, to give glassy, metal, plastic look to an object, and for other effects.
The Shader tool lets you apply materials from the built-in library. To open it, tap on the Fill icon in the toolbar, then tap on Shader.
1 – The thumbnail of a material.
2 – The amount of the bevel effect. At lower values you will get an object looking almost flat.
3 – The color. By default, the color of the original material is applied. The Color control changes all colors in a way similar to the Hue parameter in graphic editors. Black, white and gray scale colors stay unchanged.
4 – Rotate the applied material. For 3D looking objects, this control moves light spots around the center of the object.
