Live Interior 3D Standard Edition

The Standard Edition of Live Interior 3D is targeted at people who are about to begin designing a new interior for their dream house, apartment, or office. The program has the ability to create two-story interiors. You can also create multi-level floors and ceilings.

The program allows you to choose one of over 50 ready-made interiors and 2D floor plans to experiment with.

Flawlessly switch between 2D and 3D modes, or select the Split mode to view both the 2D floor plan and the 3D model simultaneously. Objects can be added and edited in both views.

2D Floor Plans

Various 2D editing tools let you draw walls, floors, ceilings, add text annotations, and much more. In addition, you can display various measurements on your 2D floor plan.

Thanks to automatic dimensioning, you see the length of a wall right as you draw it. This helps you create a wall of exact length. Apart from that, smart guides and object snapping assist in drawing up precise 2D floor plans.

If needed, you can set one of the predefined scales to your 2D plan or make a custom scale.

Objects and Materials

Create the interior of your dream using the supplied library of 1,200+ 3D objects for use in your home or office, including brand name furniture. The Object Library is divided into two categories: furniture and building elements, such as doors, windows and columns.

Also, over 50 basic 3D shapes allow you to create various constructions of your own.

You can easily change the dimensions of your bedroom furniture, paint your kitchen walls a different color, as well as change the surface type of any object, giving it a wood, metal or glass look by applying one of over 1,300 supplied materials.

For more demanding users, seamless integration with Google 3D Warehouse™ will provide access to an online database with an endless number of 3D objects that can be used when designing your living space.

And of course, you can use your own 3D objects in Google SketchUp™, Ogre XML, or 3DS formats.

3D Views

A virtual tour of your dream house takes you inside the interior and helps you realize what needs to be changed in order to achieve perfection. You can easily move, replace and modify furniture, appliances, and any other objects in 3D mode.

The program offers three levels of rendering that extend its flexibility in utilizing the 3D environment.

Position and adjust lamps, light fixtures, and other light sources to get a feel for the interior shadows of your home or office. You can even change the color of your lighting!

Live Interior 3D also allows you to set the time of day and control sunlight and moonlight to see how the weather and geographic position will affect the shadows of your interior.

Results

Live Interior 3D offers you the magnificent opportunity to shoot movies of your interior and export them as QuickTime™ videos.

Support of QuickTime VR technology lets you create complete panorama views of your interior from a fixed point in the 3D mode.

Also, export your favorite views of your interior into high-resolution images in JPEG, TIFF, and PNG formats while taking a virtual walkthrough of your project. Print your 2D floor plans or export them to PDF.
